Discover the results of three studies studies conducted with female microfinance clients at'Oxus Tajikistan, Oxus Kyrgyzstan and Ugafode in Uganda. Financial services improve income and confidence, but obstacles remain: exclusion from decision-making, limited resilience, and operational frictions. These findings have inspired concrete action plans to adapt services to women's real needs and strengthen their economic empowerment.
