The Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation is seeking a Compliance Officer on a permanent contract starting in January 2026, based in Montrouge with travel.

The position, attached to the Risk and Compliance division, involves several key responsibilities:

Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis for new financing
Monitoring of AML-CFT risks
Monitoring regulatory developments
Definition of policies related to AML/CFT
Staff training
Reporting

The profile sought must have at least 5 years of experience as a compliance officer, expertise in microfinance and SME financing, strong technical skills in compliance risk analysis (KYC / AML-CFT), and a perfect command of French and English. Master's level training specializing in banking, auditing or finance.
