The Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation is a partner of the Nobin program in Senegal, which is seeking its general manager to lead an innovative micro-investment equity scheme for Senegalese women entrepreneurs excluded from traditional credit.

The position, based in Dakar with a start date in Q4 2026, involves structuring the new entity, building a team of 6 to 9 people, and making 50 investments in 2027 with 300 female entrepreneurs by 2029.

The candidate must demonstrate proven experience in financial management in Senegal, master the financing of informal micro-enterprises, and adhere to the mission of women's economic empowerment.

Remuneration: 1.2 to 1.4 million FCFA gross per month.
